Terms and conditions

All ingredients, decorating tools and machinery used within the facility may have come in contact with, but not limited to, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, and wheat products. The Customer agrees to notify event guests of these risks and take full responsibility in the event of an allergic reaction and or illness/death caused by an unknown reaction. There are no refunds in relation to flavours and textures, these are subjective to each person. All Monies paid are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Orders cannot be cancelled or postponed. Flour and Cake must be notified right away of any problems with a completed order. All negative social media or online reviews without a chance of rectification will be considered libel/slander and nullify any possible refunds.
